Apple Puff Pastry

Made these apple puff pastry for afternoon tea today. Very simple to make, as I used ready puff pastry. Just roll out the pastry to about 3mm thich, cut it in squares. Glaze the top with egg & topped it with the chopped apples (mix a dash of ground cinnamon to the chopped apples). I added some straberry jam on top of the apples. Bake in oven for 15-20mins at 200degrees celcius. Sprinkle some icing sugar.


See isn't it easy and ready for snacks anytime! My sister came over & enjoying it with her coffee!
