Steamed salted egg with minced pork

This is one of my favourite dish.


200g minced pork
1 fesh salted egg (seperate the yolk & white)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

1. Season the minced pork with salted egg white,soy sauce,sesame oil and corn flour.
2. Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and place the whole egg yolk on the mid of the mixture
3. Place it in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 20mins or when the meat is cooked.
