Steam egg (Chawanmushi)

3 eggs
2 cups chicken soup
1/2 tsp light soya sauce
Cut pieces of prawns
Cut pieces of Shitake mushroom or crab meat

1. Beat Eggs
2. Add Chicken soup & soya sauce stir well.
3. Add prawns & mushroom into bowl
4. Pour egg into bowl
5. Leave it to settle for 10mins
6. Steam over rapid water for 5 mins
7. Switch off fire & leave it for another 5mins.

Serve with rice.
