Steamed Cake

I made this steamed cake using 'HAPPY GRASS' steamed cake mix, actually this is for Vegetarian. The receipe is shown on the packet.
It is very simple, beside the cake mix, you only need 4 eggs and 100ml water.



1. Beat the eggs and water in high speed till the bubbles appears (about 2 mins).
2. Add in the steamed cake mix and beat till the mixture is smooth (about 5 mins).
3. Spoon the batter into cake cups. U can add colorings if U want the cake in different colors. Just spoon some mixture and mix with a drop of the colorings and scoop on top of the white batter.
4. Use a small knife coated with some oil and draw a cross "X" mark on top of the batter
5. Steam the cakes in steamer with hot boiling water for 20mins.
