It is a very simple spongecake layer with fresh durian and frost it with whipping cream.
The layer of durian fresh is thick and creamy even thought I didn't add anything in it, as mum loves it natural taste! So does my princess, who loves durian too!
We finished half of it as we were still very full after the hearty meal!
